At OORJA, we want you to shop with confidence.

• Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.
• To request a return, email us at support@oorja.store with your Order ID and reason for the return.
• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.
• There are no return pickup charges or refund processing fees.
• After the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
